These podcasts will help you begin to understand the "why" when it comes to playing the guitar. I never had a natural ear for music, so I needed an explanation. These podcasts, and the website have already helped me tremendously. Desi gives simple, common sense explanations on understanding the guitar. I have seen improvement in just a few days, and I've been struggling with this instrument for 20 years. When I was younger, I learned a few open chords, few bar chords, and one or two parts of scales, but could not tie it all together. Excellent info on modes. But too much emphasis on selling his products. Nothing wrong with plugging your stuff, but almost half the content of the 'guitar mode podcast', refers the listener to products. Don't get me wrong the info is top notch....I'll prolly buy one of his dvds....Read full review »
