“I love this! I’ve always focussed on the “end goal” and so any slip up ruins my chance at goal. But I’m trying to focus on what I need/want to do everyday - track, weigh in, move. “Managing my weight for the long haul”… what j am doing today is going yo be what I’m going to do everyday for the rest of my life so it better be enjoyable :)”
