Gretchen and Elizabeth are so much fun to listen to and give lots of practical tips to leading a happier life. I love the "One Minute Rule"; it's already made a difference in my life. I love the idea of getting work done in smaller chunks of time. This podcast really brings her books to life. I have only read her first Happiness book but now I plan to read her others.
