Great podcast, only two frustrations
5 stars for amazing content, guests and relevance for me as mother. My two frustrations are that the audio is sometimes poor on the guest side. Also, I believe the podcast would benefit from being more mindful about the balance of talking between host and guest. I would like to hear maybe 75% of talking from guest so I can learn new things and perspectives but I feel host talks more than 50% of time on a lot of episodes. Thank you for making such a meaningful and thought provoking podcast.

Erica isn’t afraid to have the hard, brutality honest conversations most of society tiptoes around. I have personally grown so much from the topics covered in this podcast. The resources Erica provides have helped me more than I am able to put in words.
