Humor is powerful medicine
Rachel does an incredible job bringing awareness and compassion to the deepest parts of ourselves. One of her super powers is humor, when used skillfully, is a mainline to loving ourselves and bringing ALL of ourselves into the light. What I love about her show also is the diversity of her guests - specialists in everything from body love to chiropractic and yoga to therapy etc etc. I recommend this show if you want to dive into your own deeper self and come out of it with more love and compassion for yourself than you had previously - and laugh lot.

More reviews of Healing Feeling Sh*t Show
The initial episodes not only raise great questions, but provide some real and practical answers. There’s vulnerability here, but also wisdom. Accessible feelings stuff. Who would have thunk it possible? What a find! Can’t wait to listen to the full series. This is top notch stuff.

Rachel walks the walk and then brings it to us here. This podcast is a treasure; let’s all eat it up and share it! And, poop better...

We all need more of this. Want an important topic — feeling our feelings and not trying to run away from them. Rachel has a moving and profound personal experience that anchors her show. Highly recommend.
