In order to be able to say that someone doesn’t need certain types of therapy, you need to first actually understand it. To say that EMDR has ‘something to do with the eyes and how can that help CPTSD’ is simply idiotic. I cannot have faith in someone who says stuff like that.

This to me, is the best podcast for someone realizing that they have complex PTSD.
