“I’ve been following Tim on Instagram for awhile and then he started his Podcast, so I was very happy about it because I like listening to podcasts on my daily walks whilst doing the school runs. What I also like is that Tim interviews guests from different fields, so you can holistically look at your health and well-being from different angles, I.e. oral health, diet, breathing techniques.
