Diet and weight loss myths.
This was the first time I’ve listened to Liz’ podcast and...WOW. Her conversation with Dr. Chattergee was incredibly enlightening on many levels. He is such a wealth of information and so passionate about his work (as she is) and Liz’ questions were exactly the right ones to sort of claw through the muck of diet and weight loss myths and get to the heart of the matter. She navigated such a heady, layered subject with a very deft hand and very clearly a great deal of personal knowledge on the subject. I’ve been doing a deep dive into her content for a few months now and at the most base level, I just trust her. I trust her intent and I trust her research. This podcast was further proof of that. I feel armed with some new (didn’t think I could possibly learn anything new about this topic at this point, honestly) tips and tricks and am beyond grateful for that.
