Because what I’ve come to know and believe is that as you learn how to prioritize your rest, when you learn how to fuel your body with the right food so you have energy, and when you learn how to see yourself and your body in a positive way, you do see God more clearly for who He truly is and in that you get to see yourself for who He created you to be and what He created you to do.   So today, I want to share practically about how to simply grow your relationship with God, how to set aside intentional time to spend with Him, how to live in a spiritual growth mindset where seeking the Lord with your whole self becomes a way of life for you.    My prayer is that you are blessed and encouraged as you continue forward in living healthy and empowered for the glory of God!   In Joy, Lauren    P.S.
