Running 101
I have been telling people “I used to be a runner” for a loooong time. I wanted to get back into it after almost 10 years, and found myself super weak and injury prone (shin splints are the devil). I worked with a physical therapist who was trying to basically teach me SPARK, but not until I found this podcast did it actually stick into my brain. Now I’m running almost every day injury free!! Thank you Dr. Scotti for the help! Keep up the good work and interesting content!!

This podcast is really helpful and offers great advice for runners dealing with injuries or looking for some insight.
