So much helpful, free content on injury prevention
Great podcast for helping keep me injury free! As a newer runner, I found myself pushing my body a little too much too soon because I had quickly fallen in love with the sport and wanted to run further and faster right away! I’m pretty sure this podcast has spared me some injuries that would have certainly happened had I not begun to apply some of the knowledge gained from these episodes. Thank you for producing such quality content and for giving so much of it away for free via this podcast! Keep up the amazing work.
