Great advise for all types of runners
I recently Discovered Duane and his Podcast and I am so happy because i feel his spark blue print is something I was missing in my training. His knowledge is so great, and advise is on point. I feel like I will be a better runner as I implement the different type of exercises into my training. I like his enthusiasm and energy. And I like that he is a runner as well and a PT who helps other runners to recover from injuries while still being able to run. Highly recommend!

Like most runners I know when I’ve had an injury or nagging pain I over-research, self diagnose, and ultimately just run through it. Why?
