Learned a lot ☀️
I have been listening to this podcast for almost year and learned a lot about running and to be better runner. Started running after foot injury. Then I set a goal for my self to finish iron man 70.3 I took Dr.Duane advice to visit the PT so that I don’t stop running. Letting know your PT your goal is a great idea and helped me a lot to overcome challenges and finishing races.
