So excited Hayes decided to make a pod! With this good of a start, it’s sure to evolve into something wonderful. Second episode first question was a tearjerker for me, as I found myself in a similar spot this year as the author. With a surprising amount of similarities in both Hayes and the authors background, I found myself growing in confidence over my response. The same roadmap laid by Hayes is exactly the process I went through, and I’ve made it out the other side, growing closer to my sister as a result. This pod feels more about radical acceptance and understanding of self than how to influence the situations/people in our lives that bring about conflict. Refreshing in to hear in an advice podcast as the one thing we truly have agency in these moments is of how we react and internally reflect on them

I love Hayes on TikTok and it’s lovely to see her venturing into the podcast world! It’s such a natural fit :) I heard some advice I really needed from her latest episode and it gave me so much relief - can’t wait to keep listening.
