My Favorite Podcast! Can't live without it.
I have been a fan of Alexandra Jamieson since reading Women, Food and Desire. That book changed my life for so many reasons. One being that it jumpstarted my 20lb weight loss, and two, I am now able to listen to what my body is telling me and refrain from overeating after almost 20 years of doing so. Needless to say, when I saw that The Crave Cast existed, I was hooked! I listen every week and LEARN SO MUCH about women's health, the human brain, nutrition, social connections ... you name it. Every bit of information is so relevant and important to me. I so look up to Alex and her toughtful guest choices. Although I don't always agree with what some of her guests' opinions, I ALWAYS end the podcast feeling more knowledgeable on the topic and ready to share the information with my family, friends and coworkers. I am so beyond grateful for this podcast. I always look forward to listening to this show after my 4 year old students leave and I therapeutically clean the classroom!Read full review »

Her interview with Pedram Shojai has got to be one of the best and most enjoyable...Read full review »
