Great, but the co-host...
I want to enjoy this show. I want to sit back and let the host tell an interesting story about history, which he is more than capable of. That co-host, though. I don't mean to be overly negative, but he really tanks the entire show for me and makes it unlistenable. It seems like 95% of his contributions are 'Yeah. Uh huh. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.' I stopped listening out of frustration, set down the iPod and came back a few hours later, thinking, 'Surely it can't be that bad.' And within 60 seconds it seemed like there were 14 'yeahs.' Great podcast that is not well known. The format is the host (Adam) talking to someone who doesn't know much about the topic so that they get interesting questions and asides while going through the historical topic. Generally 2 episodes for each topic and a huge variety of topics...Read full review »

Great history podcast. Host and guest voices are smooth as butter. Read a review where someone stated the host has a political bias. I’ve found the complete opposite to be true. I think that reviewer may have a political bias that he hasn’t grasped yet.
