Information to Fuel Curiosity
I found HPNP when my Ironman friend suggested it to me in my 50th birthday card. I am 51 and very active. I find it so fascinating to learn about my body. I’ve struggled with obesity my entire life and in the past 12 years have focused on changing my body through running and strength training. The HPNP podcasts provide information grounded in science and give me access to actual studies or resources that contain studies so that I can dig as deep into the data as I would like, being a chemistry teacher and educational researcher, I like to dig deep. Thank you for sharing this conversation and assisting me in being curious about my health and wellness as I figure out what works for my body and see what my body is capable of achieving!

Just LOVE this podcast, specifically for active women in their prime. So little is written about menopause, let alone it’s effects on those of us who want to train hard. This has been a revelation - fab guests, totally relatable subject matter and just brilliant advice. Keep it going!
