“I love this podcast and it has truly helped me in my intuitive eating journey. I was recently diagnosed with adhd. and i learned that food is my favorite source of dopamine. I have gotten better but I still struggle with being obsessed with the “feeling” of food. I can be physically full but my brain craves that good feeling food gives me. It’s not that i’m trying to fill a sad void, I just genuinely love eating. food is comfort to me and nothing makes me happier. I love cooking, trying new foods, making food for others, going to new restaurants. I just want to know way to cope with this kind of eating when you have adhd and your brain is craving this kind of dopamine to calm itself. Maybe it’s not a bad thing i don’t know.”
