Really helpful podcast!
I really appreciate hearing from two people who have been through the intuitive eating process and are passionate about rejecting the diet culture. I learn a lot of helpful nuggets of knowledge and ah ha moments for my intuitive eating journey. Thank you for creating this podcast!!
