These girls are angels.
Every time I need guidance or am feeling down I can listen to their podcast and find the answers I need to the doubts I am having. Especially the last two about not focusing on my “set point” weight, and how to cope when clothes don’t fit. I have been working toward intuitive eating for about a year now, and lately have been struggling with exactly these two issues. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!!
