Game-changing Podcast
This is an amazing podcast! So much of what is said resonates with me. Slowly changing my mindset and my thinking in the ways suggested has been so helpful for me in making me feel more at peace with what is and learning to honor myself and my feelings. Not only is this an approach to eating but an approach to living life intuitively. I have only been looking into intuitive eating for a little while and wouldn’t say that I’m vetted quite yet, but I really love the themes of going with the flow, being aware of yourself, and treating yourself well. I never knew how many degrading societal beliefs came together to set me up for failure until I my eyes were opened by the Body Love Society Podcast. I really appreciate this way of thinking because it is consistent. I am a believer that we should put our hope and faith in the things that bring consistency to our lives (especially in 2020). Undieting and living intuitively makes me feel good and I recommend for anyone interested to listen to an episode. Thanks, Natalie
