As a college student, it can be really hard to have a healthy relationship with food and my body. This podcast gives me persepective-changing tips to help me focus on school and my social life instead of food and exercise. Jenna and Lauren are super calming and easy to listen to, and they don’t come off as condescending at all. It sounds like their Un-Diet Academy is an amazing program and I would love to participate in it to learn even more about undieting.
