Kind of interesting, but not always factual
I liked this podcast at first, but then started noticing inconsistencies. The host says things with confidence, but those things are often not true (they’re just hypotheses, or opinions). Also, on a recent episode, I heard him interrupt the female guest scientist multiple times to finish her thought for her, as if it were his own. Just kinda gross and rude.

Appreciate this man for important information he provides, explanation in easy ways that is pleasure to watch and now to listen. I am truck driver and sometimes even make notes, it’s interesting to understand how my brain for example works then I can do my work better. Please subscribe, recommend

Dr. Huberman is my favorite 2020 discovery. I’ve listened to almost everything he’s put out on Instagram and his guest appearances on other shows, and I’m excited to keep learning about my brain.
