Thanks Mr. Huberman!
This is by far the most personally impactful podcast of my life even though I’ve never listened to a complete episode. A friend recommended it years ago, and I found it far to specific and dry, but kept subscribed because it seemed useful. My husband and I were trying to have a baby for some time, and it was puzzling because we were overall pretty healthy and the medical system was slow and frustrating: a few tests took months to schedule and the results came back with an apathetic shrug and no insight or advice. Then the episode on male fertility came out- I scanned the chapter titles- and listened in on what seemed relevant. My husband loves hot baths and saunas, and I shared the info on how that might be our fertility culprit. He abstained for three months, as the episode instructed, and we were shocked and elated when after three months I was suddenly pregnant! As I write this, we have a beautiful four month old baby girl! Anyone can go ahead and dunk on the host’s personal life or troll on out of context clips on Twitter- I am forever grateful that you have made this high quality medical information available. Thank you to everyone who works on this podcast I am eternally grateful!
