Maite & Eva are insightful, knowledgeable & entertaining. I completely appreciate this podcast because it reflects & touches on all the things that I am. I’m 100% American but I’m also 100% Mexican. This podcast speaks to the passionate & proud Mexican in me. This is a paramount...Read full review »

I wished you had told the story about wine and how it spread to other part of the world, not just in Mexico. Chilean and Argentinian wine is more well known than Mexico. In addition, when the carmenere grape was destroyed in France from the Bordeaux region. Chile helped the French restablished...Read full review »

I love this podcast, and it is informative and fun. However, there are SO many ads, almost 3 or 4 ad breaks per episode, and always the same 4 or 5 ads over and over. Not sure if it is the service I listen to it on, but minus the ads it is one of my favorite podcasts

Olive trees in Lebanon date back to 6000 BC and in Palestine even before... Freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil should not be eaten until at least 6 months after its pressed otherwise you have that bitter taste.

Such a fun idea for a podcast! I love learning interesting things about everyday objects. How the name originated, how the item came into existence, etc. Episode 1 hits on all of that (about corn vs. flour tortillas) and makes it feel like you’re in the kitchen with your best friends hanging...Read full review »
