“Having just listened to the Exercise Motivation October podcast - I have to say I am a bit shocked and dismayed at the level of focus on “weight loss” and eating. The description mentions nothing about weightloss and as someone who doesn’t need to lose weight and already eats very healthily - going on about sugar and fatter foods was very off putting. Exercise was mentioned very briefly at the end with atleast five times more time spent on food habits. This is pretty irresponsible if you have people listening who have food issues, body dysmorphia etc or who are looking to exercise to gain weight and bulk. A much clearer tittle and explanation is needed!”
