“I came across your PodCast thru an add on Instagram. I thought to myself what can it hurt to listen. I’ve tried so many other things to get support and they didn’t work but maybe listening to someone who experiences the daily challenges that I do might make the difference for me. I’m hooked. After the first episode I saw a glimmer of light at the bottom of my deep hole. Now I can’t go a single day without listening to your podcast. Sometimes I listen more than twice to an episode. I have even started a notebook to write down some of your suggestions and they work. I’ve never felt so optimistic before that I will be able to handle this disorder. I’m 46 and newly diagnosed with ADHD and after being mis diagnosed for 25 years with depression and Anxiety and taking strong meds that just dulled the problem. I never got better. Kristen, I am so grateful for this Podcast. It means a lot to me to know others have the same difficulties as I do. I felt so alone and embarrassed to talk about it because of the stigma of ADHD. You are so easy to listen to, You make it feel like you are in the room with the listener. “I highly recommend your podcast to anyone who struggles with ADHD.” Forevermore grateful Jennifer”
