Unique Perspective on ADHD
I love Kristen’s podcast - it’s one of the only ones in my feed I don’t ever miss. Without it, I know I would not be managing my disorder well. It’s not enough to clinically learn about ADHD and listen to medical experts speak about what they see in their patients. Instead, having a coach share her journey and learning from others, creates a sense of belonging and a safe place to explore how it has impacted me personally. More than tips and tricks, Kristen encourages us all to do the deep work that truly makes a difference.
