Concern
I love your podcast. So much of what you talk about resonates with me. I feel comforted hearing I’m not the only person and that you STRESS I should not make excuses or feel guilty. My concern is what if your a person who is not supported at all. That your adhd traits are used against you. I have been in therapy for 3 years. Although sadly my adhd was not the catalyst for help , but that I was married to a malignant narcissist for 24 years. You express how your partner supports you. Amazing partner! But what if your blamed and not supported by anyone except your therapist
