The most relatable podcast EVER
I want Kristen as my friend. I just started listening to her podcast in the last month and everything she talks about is so relatable. I got diagnosed with both inattentiveness and hyperactivity last year at age 40, but have joked for a long time that I have ADD. It wasn’t (probably still isn’t) a thing in Yugoslavia where I grew up. I had a doctor that was very doubtful about my diagnosis, I present to the world as very neurotypical. He didn’t “buy into it” until I did very poorly at inattentiveness test (that I felt like I did amazing at). So this podcast has been life changing (big word I know) in helping me start to let go of blame I have put on myself for not doing enough. My only issue is I don’t know how to organize the order in which I want to listen 😂 I have been all over the place.
