Enjoyable podcast
I do sometimes find this podcast a bit too ‘superwoman’ orientated with presenters that are obviously athletically gifted and guests that are top class sportswomen or who have done incredible challenges that most mere mortals will never even have the time to achieve, let alone the stamina! As someone who took up couch to 5k at aged 58 just to get a bit fitter and have now managed to run 10K albeit at no great speed - and who, if truth be told, doesn’t really enjoy exertion greater than a nice walk it can be a bit overwhelming. That said the enthusiasm and chemistry of the presenters and their guests is enjoyable and I loved the podcast with Naga Munchetty - her honesty was brilliant and I am so with her on open water swimming! Maybe some talks with how to start various sports or tips on how to improve would also be useful

Just listened to 4 episodes back to back - OMG absolutely brilliant. The interaction between guests and both of you, Annie & Louise, is so natural and fabulous to listen to. I want to be your friend too!! Keep it coming and exactly the same format - so entertaining, thank you 😁👍🏼 Anna
