Professor Cogdell has served as Chair of Botany, Director of the Glasgow Biomedical Research Center, Director of the Institute of Molecular, Cell and Systems Biology and Deputy Head of College of Medical and Veterinary and Life Sciences. Sarah Hesse is a PhD student from our Institute, supervised by Prof Andrew Tobin and Dr Sophie Bradley.
