Disappointing
After listening to the Intermittent fasting episode, I was extremely disappointed in the views presented. I heard two trained “experts” who can’t consider information counter to their training. It sounded like they went out of their way to discredit the IF lifestyle based on a few low hanging fruit items. 1. Restricting your eating window reduces calorie intake (duh) 2. It keeps insulin levels low so the body can use fat stores. That’s the main science IF proponents focus and they didn’t address it or they brushed it off.
