Sorry girls
I really enjoyed this podcast and found it extremely helpful. Part of the appeal is the conversation between Helen and Katie and the ease with which they converse. However … one of the episodes mentions Harry Potter,Katie says she has never seen it (neither have I) then it’s commented that “maybe that’s a good thing considering all the transphobia situation” needless to say .. I as a listener with a past of abuse by men does not need to hear that a woman stating her personal view on providing safe spaces for women is then cast off in a remark that may not seem like a big deal but to women with no voice IS a big deal. This is clearly a trigger for me.

I love the podcast. It’s so refreshing to hear psychotherapists talk honestly about difficult situations and their own processing journey. I’m a fellow therapist and I will be recommending this to my clients. Keep up your amazing work.
