Quick, informative, and often hilarious listens that every fan of Madonna — or of pop music, really — will enjoy. Edward narrates his thoughtfully-crafted narratives with a soothing and delightfully bass-heavy radio-voice. A triumph of fandom content.

One of my favorite podcasts and easily the best Madonna podcast I’ve found out there.

Most of these “exclusive” “rare” demos this fraud talks about is readily available to you on YouTube..and all his “behind the scenes” commentary is known facts among most real Madonna fans….plus this fraud has constantly and consistently slagged Madonna (even though she’s funded half his life)...Read full review »

I was around for the birth of Madonna and although I started off disliking both her and her music, I was sucked in to the vortex when Into The Groove was released as a b-side in 85. There was no escape from that point forward. This podcast is densely packed with great details, surprise facts and...Read full review »

The audio on the recent podcasts is overly compressed and distorted. The host’s voice is completely drowned out by the music. Edit points are missed. It makes for a very uncomfortable and sometimes painful listen. Shame.

Honestly this podcast is hands down the BEST of the bunch. The historical facts & unheard sound clips from Madonna’s library is unmatched. It’s positive, fun, real and I’m left mind blown after each listen. A TRUE fan experience. 🏆🏆🏆

Being a huge Madonna fan all my life, its really interesting to hear the back story of how each song or album was created. Highly recommend to anyone who loves Madonna and is into the process of creating brilliant music!

As a Madonna fan since 1985, it’s not until listening to Russell’s podcast did I learn how and why most of her songs were recorded. His research is phenomenal and I am a Patreon as a thank you. He has great sources, with samples of the songs, making each episode a joy to listen to.

These podcasts are a must for any Madonna fan. They’re well researched and offer a fascinating insight into how Madonna’s music is made. The guy who makes them comes across as very narcissistic and up himself on his socials but don’t let that deter you from listening!

Last year this podcast saved my life 😊 Not only does it deal with the fascinating world of Madonna and her team's pop music genius, but it does it in depth and in a fun format. You'll be hooked before you can say "Vogue"!Read full review »

Being a massive Madonna fan from the eighties this is probably one of the best podcasts to listen. Madonna fan or not. You know the songs by heart and the way this podcast breaks each song down it brings a whole new appreciation to these songs and the BRILLIANCE of MADONNA. FABULOUS.

This is a premier pod - the quality of content, production, sound, is all incredibly high. I would not class myself as a huge Madonna fan (I’ve listened to nothing of her’s since Confessions) but it doesn’t matter, as the ‘behind the music’-stuff on her tracks is so good & truly interesting,...Read full review »
