Description
I have the great pleasure of having Lindsay Gottlieb, Head Women’s basketball Coach for the Cal Bears, on the show. Lindsay has achieved success in the coaching world but you won’t want to miss how she went from an Ivy league graduate majoring in Political Science and the daughter of a New York state judge, to a winning Coach. Her intellect, hard work, and relational personality have led her and her Bears to the Final Four as well as a Pac-12 Championship the 2012-13 season. For her championship efforts, she earned Pac-12 Coach of the year in 2013. She has set an unequivocal goal of making the University of California Women’s Basketball team one of the elite programs in the country.
In this episode, Lindsay discusses what she believes to be key in the management of people, where she finds her high level of drive, who she was inspired by this past year, and why Derek Jeter crushed her childhood dream. She’s always fun! Enjoy and Be inspired!
