A very moving episode. Excellent!
I listened to the first episode yesterday. It's not very often a podcast moves me to tears, but this one did (I'm male). This is an excellent start for a podcast, and I hope you keep up this level of quality! The story about S (I called him Steve in my head, but I think you just used "S", didn't you?) was a good look at the negative, violent thoughts that pop up in everyone's head, now and then. Without spoilers, I can't go any farther than this... The Martin Pistorias story was just heartbreaking. This was the story that made the room I was sitting in very dusty... :-) How someone survives this type of situation is a mystery to me, and I have nothing but respect and awe for him. Excellent, excellent! Keep up the good work!Read full review »

The presenter style is coying, annoying and self-conscious. The audience is talked down and the narrative meanders - the concept of the two hander doesnt work for me and the interaction between the two is forced. Not a winner in episode 1 for me and wont be likely to come back.

LOVE this podcast. The first episode knocked it out of the park. It illuminated an issue that I think everyone has dealt with. It's good to know that my thoughts of driving off the road or pushing someone down the stairs don't make me crazy. The mind is a strange and wonderful thing.Read full review »
