“We can blame Heat Magazine for this. There I was, on a diet of various random podcasts, then my wife mentioned IRL UK to me.
Okay, so I wasn't quite sure for a while. Source material decidedly dodgy. Not sources I'd necessarily trust without a second opinion, possibly that of a passing Lord Chief Justice.
But then -- somewhere around the videoed anniversary podcast -- I discovered that it really doesn't matter whether the stories are true or not. What matters is how they're told, and how the gloriously rude pair of podcasters tell them and react to the stories and each other.
I am addicted.
However, if you are considering listening while in the company of the very young, the easily shocked, the vicar or Orinoco Womble, you should probbaly think again. Quite definitely Not For Them.”Read full review »
