There is no natty limit
You believed it dogmatically and ignored the mountainous sample size of anecdotes to the contrary… You let it be your religion as you kept making bodybuilding your top priority, all the while being below the 50th percentile for size and leanness in the general population… You adopted the “us vs them” prejudice against any honest or suspected PED users, rightfully convincing yourself that you are inherently a more moral and logical person… You kept the thought that you’ll probably live longer as a consolation prize taped to your thigh to rub on when you’re getting mogged in the gym by the genetically superior and the chemically assisted. Unfortunately for you the TikTok video made it look like you were doing something else… You kept telling yourself “I’ll only hop on gear when I achieve a natural 18 inch arm”… You suppressed the shame and doubt every time someone asked if you lifted… after it was already brought up in conversation, signaling that they couldn’t tell that you did… And it all paid off! As of episode 251, “Dr.” Eric Helms officially made the statement that “there is no natural limit”. It is now confirmed by science that the natty limit was a psyop developed by the IFBB to sell expensive HGH and marked-up bootleg insulin to new recruits, who they would then pressure into making muscle fetish porn to rake in maximum profits. Definitely-not-a-4Chan-dwelling-edgy-conspiracy-theorist Natural Hypertrophy has been vindicated. In fact it stands to reason that 20 inch lean arms are achieved through simply spending another 20 years of training.

This perfect blend of science and the culture of lifting is a shining example of the heights that fitness culture can achieve. There is more than enough deceit and exploitation out there, but both omar and eric have put out loads of information that has changed the trajectory of my training,...Read full review »
