I’m the world of podcasts regarding trauma healing, this is the best choice for no frills, conversations and education. The applied topics with real conversation between J and Courtney bring a clear message regarding the topic. The length is predictable and an easy listen, even when the topics...Read full review »

J and Courtney have created an amazing, thourough, well presented, and most importantly raw program that really pulls the curtain back on what one needs to do in order to begin and stay on their own healing journey. Never ones to hold punches both J and Courtney speak from their own truth, their...Read full review »

I love the things that Courtney & J share in these episodes. Hearing other people’s real life experiences helps me more than any talk therapy.

I first saw Courtney on TikTok, and clicked on her profile to learn more about her. From the profile I saw that she has a podcast. I listened, but realized that I need to put intentional action into what I was learning. I went back to her profile and noticed the link to her healing community. I...Read full review »

I love Courtney on TikTok and just learned of this podcast. I decided to start from episode 1 and love the content and interaction between the two of them. I wish Courtney would stop talking over and interrupting J, but maybe as the podcasts go on Courtney will recognize it and work on it. I just...Read full review »

I started listen to Courtney and J after finding them on TikTok. They are just what I need right now. I am going through a horrible divorce with a narcisstic person. Slowly I am seeing the light and how I can stop the crazies

J and Courtney are awesome and this podcast has been such a great resource in my healing journey. It’s enjoyable to listen to, sometimes making me laugh hysterically and sometimes bringing on the waterworks in the most cathartic way. These podcasts have changed everything for me. That sounds like an exaggeration but it really isn’t. Late last year I was diagnosed with complex post traumatic stress disorder and I had no idea where to turn or how to help myself. There are many therapists on social media who raise awareness but...Read full review »

Admittedly I’ve only listened to two episodes so far, but they have both been poignant and helpful with insights into myself and 4 narcissistic family members as well as the conflict that fills the family. Very good, will continue listening.

I found Courtney on TikTok - she does lives every Sunday with some psycho educational and coaching type stuff. It’s very helpful to recenter. As a therapist J and Courtney do a great job with evidence based and trauma informed life coaching. Explaining and teaching in real terms- I love it!

I discovered Courtney on TIkTok and am active in her lives. She has helped me deal with some issues and see things in a different perspective so that I don’t pass my own issues on to my children. Thanks for all the work you do guys -Liz
