Episode number 23 I want to welcome Laura O’Donovan  to the podcast she is the founder of Pink Polarbear Training offers training solutions for companies looking to educate their staff and implement strategies to ensure that the working environment is diverse and inclusive for all the staff.In this episode we talk about what diversity and inclusion means, why we need it, we talk about practical examples of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and what we can do to ensure that we contribute to an inclusive world in general. Our own experiences with being part of a minority group shape this podcast and we discuss how that has affected us, how we see things developing in the future. I really enjoyed recording this podcast.
