“I found the Industrial Strength podcast in 2017 as I started my Fitness journey at the age of 53. I was about three months into my fitness journey and was just about to start doing everything wrong again. The first podcast that I listen to by recommendation of a coworker was Joe’s explanation of liss versus hitt. Yeah I was just starting to do everything wrong again.
After learning the importance of low intensity, steady state cardio along with a smart strength training program, I began following Joe’s advice. It was very fortunate and I’m not gonna say I did everything right because I am hardheaded. But I always came back to listen to what Joe was saying.
