From middle school to Division I sports!
This is by far my favorite strength and conditioning podcast! As a former college baseball player who is now retired, I continue to listen weekly for the fantastic training info. I first started listening in middle school because the strength and conditioning resources for baseball players have long been behind other sports (especially football). I devoured your YouTube videos, the blog, and completed numerous cycles of WS4SB in high school in order to gain an edge. I remember getting up at 5am to train at a commercial gym before classes started because the strength training program offered through my high school was lacking. If it weren’t for this podcast, I’m not sure I would’ve developed a love for strength training and reached my potential in baseball. Without Joe D., I don’t even know if I would’ve played college baseball. Thank you for being a constant voice for many years and I look forward to your insight as I transition into being a washed-up meathead!
