Five Stars From a Fellow NJ Italian
Joe, I’ve been listening to your show since it’s inception. Aside from being a fellow NJ Italian, one of the things that I like best about your podcast is how relatable you are to your audience. You’re a guy with a family, a job, stress, and a real life. Many of those in the fitness industry are either egocentric and/or portray a false exterior. Joe’s a true genuine guy that wants to make a real impact on people’s lives and be a difference maker. I personally enjoy the physiology conversation(s) that you bring into your shows as well. You make hard subjects like anatomy and physiology more digestible. The best sports science/fitness/healthy living Podcast out there. -Collin D.
