“If you are looking for a meditation/dharma teacher "in your pocket", Jonathan Foust is your guy.
He is the most accesible, earthy, humble and warm and kind person, plus…He is funny!! I don’t know him in person, but have been listening to his teachings again and again for some weeks now. Every time I learn something new and every day I realize how little by little I am more present.
Before finding Jonathan, I was blessed finding his wife Tara Brach. As she mentions him in several of her talks, I became curious, googled him and found his podcasts!!
Both of them have been a lifesaver the last six months of my life. I live the other side of the continent, so, I am not able to attend their teachings in real time, that is why I am GRATEFUL that both share their wisdom thru this podcasts.
