One episode in
I followed the 5:2 diet with great success (pre covid!) and became a fan of Michael’s. I really need to restart that regime as I loved how I felt and looked when doing it but let it slide when covid hit and regained the 12kgs I lost… Getting started again is the hardest part. Only one episode in (started 2weeks ago) but have now incorporated a daily 30 min walk on waking earlier into my life. I hate the alarm EVERY morning but love it when Ive done it. Hot tip - take a coffee with you. I’m looking forward to the next micro change now I’ve made this one routine for 2 weeks!
