I really like the podcast in general but please help out us common folk, the Nutritionist, says switch to snacks that are high in fiber and polyphenols that doesn’t help me much….. what specific foods: ???? and what size??? 1 apple or 1/4 apple?

I just started listening to this podcast and have really been enjoying all of the tips which can be easy to incorporate into my busy lifestyle. I especially like to research behind it.

I’ve listened to Doc Mosley for years , adopted several of the ‘ Just One Thing’ ideas and indeed passed on several to friends over the years. I love this longer series , this episode in particular was totally absorbing as I walked my 4 km before work . Thank you so much Michael for introducing...Read full review »

I love this podcast and have particularly enjoyed the longer special editions. So practical and informative - it makes getting healthier seem manageable and not so daunting. Thank you !

In general I love this podcast and the guests that Michael invites. Therefore I was quite surprised at the things left out of the most recent podcast on weight loss. I guess it’s a reflection of how specialized science and medicine have become that professor Yeo, whose field is genetics, did not...Read full review »

Aghast as a Personal Trainer that you are promoting the misuse of gym equipment which is,frankly dangerous. You need to edit this episode pronto plus apologise for misleading the public. The poor use of gym equipment is bad enough as it is.Hope Dr M & the BBC are prepared to foot the bill(apt...Read full review »

I really love the content of this podcast - to the point, easy to implement advice, friendly manner, positive yet informative. The one thing that really puts me off is that whenever there’s an episode about food or drink, the host makes quite loud eating or drinking noises - I get that it’s to...Read full review »

I always enjoyed “Trust Me I’m a Doctor” on BBC which was hosted by Dr Mosley and a band of Drs who looked at various health fads to see whether there was anything credible to them. This podcast is like their greatest hits. Dr M’ introduces a topic e.g standing on 1 leg to exercise your balance...Read full review »

This podcast probably gives the biggest return on listening time among the dozens of podcasts I subscribe to. I follow health news, but this podcast reports on research I’ve never heard of, and it does it in a concise and compelling way. Plus, the episode titles make a great reminder system:...Read full review »

Wonderful advice. I have to turn off when he eats into the microphone though, it’s disgusting. Podcasting is not a visual medium-it’s aural and I can’t bare hearing he slurps and smacks into the mic with food.

This is everything a podcast should be. It is very clear and concise and gives you really articulate and well thought out health advice based upon what seems like qualitative research sources. I find the analysis and delivery of the research by Michael very illuminating and I think that he has a...Read full review »

Can we hear less from Stevie Middleton at the start of the podcast? Not really interested in what a BBC commissioner has to say. Think we should decide if the podcast creates real connections to dedicated sports fans (and this isn’t even a sports podcast).

As someone with Misophonia, I would really LOVE for you to stop the lip-smacking-eating noises when you do episodes about food/drink. It is almost becoming a deal breaker for me.

I followed the 5:2 diet with great success (pre covid!) and became a fan of Michael’s. I really need to restart that regime as I loved how I felt and looked when doing it but let it slide when covid hit and regained the 12kgs I lost… Getting started again is the hardest part. Only one episode...Read full review »

Hearing Michael Mosley’s podcast is like taking extra supplements over what he has taught the whole world about intermittent fasting and it’s benefits. I’ve read his all books and just look forward to hearing something new from him.

I really enjoy the podcast, but would love to hear an episode with a whole food plant based doctor, for example, Dr. Michael Greger, Dr. Michael Klaper, Dr. Neal Barnard or Dr. Alan Desmond. Thank you!

They are excellent…I often listen to them at bedtime to help me sleep/ which his voice dies, BUT… What is NOT excellent is the very raucous and loud woman’s voice who Introduces them…. The BBC need to change that!!!
