I’m fine with ads, but the loud noise before then scares the bejesus out of me when doing the sleep well series !

Entertaining, interesting, motivating and with easy, usable take-aways. I would love to keep listening to more of these, so keep it up, Michael 👍

This is a great podcast. I fell asleep listening to the first episode on breathing. Unfortunately the BBC sound effect signalling the end of the podcast woke me up. Is it possible to remove the sound effect?

Sleep episodes are brilliant, life improving and a wonderful aid to, well, sleep. Such care taken in their pace, delivery, content, production. Bravo. But listen on the app…& everything spoiled by being followed by the jarring and comparatively loud audio sting and trailer for other shows....Read full review »

Interesting podcast designed to both inform and also relax you for sleep … spoiled by blaring announcements at end of each episode which wake you up again.

Although I gave five, I would be very careful with squats. I have very good leg muscles as I was a distance runner as a youth and from age 50 to 60 cycled every day with weekly twenty kilometres plus, and now walk ten kilometres a day. However, being seventy my joints are not so healthy, and six...Read full review »

Bite sized episodes with great advice. It’s less overwhelming to do one small thing, create that habit, and then build upon it. And his voice is lovely, very relaxing!

Absolutely fantastic series, really inspiring! I’m 67, and I’ve decided I want to look after my health as best I can , so I don’t end up feeble and decrepit in my old age. I’ve already adopted several of Michael’s recommendations: brisk 30 minute walk every morning; press ups and squats;...Read full review »

Just heard you advertising series 3 on the radio. I went straight to my podcast library to set up the next episode to listen to while doing my admin at work tomorrow. I love listening to your podcast. So informative and well presented.

I enjoy this podcast way more than I thought I would. I don’t understand it but it seems that whenever a person (Brit) with a British accent explains something you automatically assume its correct and should be given more weight than anything being spoken of in any other accent. The person with...Read full review »

Very pleased to have found this podcast. Reminded me of what I need to do each day. Or what I used to do. On my brisk morning walk with the dogs deep breathing 4 counts in 6 out.
