“Absolutely fantastic series, really inspiring! I’m 67, and I’ve decided I want to look after my health as best I can , so I don’t end up feeble and decrepit in my old age. I’ve already adopted several of Michael’s recommendations: brisk 30 minute walk every morning; press ups and squats; followed by a cold shower, ( which isn’t as bad as it sounds, and you feel great afterwards) and deep breathing sitting in a green space.
