“The interview of Brian Burt was just amazing.
Whilst the atmosphere was very relaxed, they still delivered shiny nuggets for budding & current entrepreneurs, which I am.
I must admit I also operated the productivity snowball (have done all my life - but changed under guidance of Brian Tracy, so will change back). I find that by clearing my easy tasks first leaves just one thing to focus on all day. The reverse is, working on the important thing first, but at the risk of running out of steam and momentum or appetite later, so they don't get done. Anyway, I am changing back.
One thing that also hit home was asking your audience what they want. I am not brilliant at that. Watch this apce.
