Two things were popping for me this week: Text/Voice note containers & laughter creating more healing than tears. Although they don't seem related, they both wanted to come out today! For me, the MVP of healing is learning to recalibrate your vibration... & having a facilitator available more readily through text/voice notes creates transformation so much faster! In my opinion, this creates more change than the big emotional release folks have made the most important in their healing....
